PREPAYMENT AGREEMENT

Paintball Dave's Inc. prepayment agreement

         I (name)_____________________ understand and agree to the following conditions of this prepayment agreement. Once this agreement is entered into there will be no refunds. The game will start at the scheduled time, with however many people show up. Extra people are always welcome at whatever rate applies. But if my group is short people, neither I nor members of my party are entitled to the equipment or paint4alls of the people that do not show to play.

          I have scheduled a private party with Paintball Dave's Inc.
It is at the (indoor field / outdoor S.P.L.A.T. Camp), on: (date)__________ at (time)________.

           I understand that I am prepaying to take advantage of a discounted rate. This agreement must be returned on time, and with the full payment to receive any discount
                            (Discount: Prepay 14 days in advance, in full, payment must be check or cash only, no credit cards, receive 20% off.)

           Paintball Dave's Inc., agrees to provide staff, and all necessary equipment needed to play (see current literature). Additional paintballs and equipment will be made available, if availability permits.
           Paintball Dave's Inc., reserves the right to reschedule the game due to bad weather, acts of god and circumstances beyond their control.

            Please review this agreement carefully once it is entered into there are no refunds.
